Labelling laws in Australia need to change.
One way to effect change is to write to your local MP.
If we all do this, our political representatives will soon get the message that truth in labelling is important to consumers and these regulations need to be fixed.

To find out who your local MP is,
Go to http://apps.aec.gov.au/esearch/
Type in your suburb next to ‘Search Federal Electorates’ and click Find
A table including information on your suburb will appear, including state and postcode.
The fourth column across will show you your electorate.
Your electorate will be highlighted with a link. Click on the link.
At the top of this page you will see several pieces of information:
- The electorate you have searched for
- The current Federal member for this electorate
- The party this Federal member represents

Click the link to your Federal member from the alphabetised list on this page.
Now you can see the contact details for this member.
